DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Identification of a project to be financed under the Netherlands bilateral assistance Programme PSO. Following the identification mission the ToR was drafted on oil pollution remediation in the Baku Bay (water, sediments and land), as well as strengthening the environmental institutions in Azerbaijan with Technical Assistance and (laboratory) equipment.

2. Evaluation of the Caspian Sea Environmental Programme
CLIENT: European Commission's TACIS Programme
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Our experts have evaluated the inputs and results achieved in the international programme for the rehabilitation of the Caspian Sea. The results have been published by the Commission on the internet for further policy and action development and discussion in the European Parliament.
